Entwined in the Swan Valley is a celebration of the people, produce and stories that make our region so special. Across two flavour filled weeks, local growers, winemakers, chefs and artisans invite you behind the scenes through unique dining experiences, tastings and hands on workshops.

As one of only a few growers of asparagus in the Swan Valley, Edgecombe Winery is celebrating the season with an immersive masterclass that follows this treasured spring crop from the soil to the plate, freshly harvested right here at Edgecombe.
