Arrive and receive a warm welcome with coffee/tea and a delicious sweet treat.

11:00 AM
Enjoy a scenic stroll to our nearby asparagus patch, where Alfred will share his expertise and answer all your questions about asparagus cultivation. You'll also have the chance to pick your own bunch of fresh asparagus. Please wear appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear.

12:00 – 2:00 PM
Return to the winery with your freshly harvested asparagus for a cooking demonstration. Discover the art of preparing and cooking asparagus to perfection with our preferred techniques. Enjoy a guided wine tasting paired with a delectable shared lunch. The day will conclude with a tasting of fortified wines.
