Terms & Conditions

Booking & Payment
All workshop and dinner event bookings must be made online via our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

To discuss payment by instalments, please contact us on (08) 9296 4307 or email info@edgecombewinery.com.au.
For gift card payments, simply enter your electronic redemption code at checkout.

Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the intimate nature of our classes and events, all paid bookings (including those using gift cards) are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you must notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled event to retain your payment as credit toward a future booking.
Cancellations within 14 days will result in forfeiture of payment.
No-shows cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
If Edgecombe Winery needs to cancel or reschedule due to weather, low booking numbers, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or credit.

Dinner Events
Our dinners are set-menu experiences. Please review menus before booking and inform us of any dietary needs. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, not all restrictions can be met due to the shared and pre-prepared nature of the experience.

Dietary Requirements
Dietary preferences and allergies must be noted at the time of booking. Due to shared prep areas and workshop formats, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Workshop Participation
Some workshops involve food handling, tools, heat, or fermentation techniques. By attending, you agree to follow all safety instructions. Edgecombe Winery is not liable for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow directions.

Photography & Media
Photos and video may be taken during events for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any media, please let a staff member know on the day.
